- Do I need previous healthcare experience?
- No. Our programmes are designed to build well-rounded care professionals from the ground up, combining classroom learning, simulation-based practical training, and real-world field experience. Some eligibility routes accept experience in place of formal qualifications.
- How long are the courses?
- The GDA and CPGC programmes each run for 3 months. The Certificate Course in Case Management & Support Coordination (CCMSC) is completed in 2 months. CPGC commences September 5, 2026, and CCMSC commences October 1, 2026.
- Are the programmes certified?
- Yes. GDA is certified by NCVET via ASAP Kerala at NSQF Level 4. CPGC and CCMSC carry Skill India certification via Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS). All programmes conclude with a formal assessment and Viva Voce examination before certification.
- Are practical sessions included?
- Yes. Training is 70% practical and 30% classroom, delivered in our Simulation Lab and Skill Lab with industry-standard equipment, plus live field practicum through real healthcare and home care operations.
